Beyond expectations! First off, the staff was willing and able to accommodate added scope to my mother’s hair appointment- so wonderful, because she was visiting from out of town. My mother wanted to color blend her roots and embrace her natural gray. Dawn blew it out of the park. She did full highlights and low lights with toning and completely transformed her hair in one sitting! She underpromised and overdelivered. See before and after :)

I got a balayage/foiliage with rachel and loved it she’s the best, I originally got it done with Hannah and my hair did not look like the inspo pic at all when I left it was almost darker than what I had gone in with, I also got double charged for a root tap which I don’t think you even need for a balayage which is what I had booked? But definitely book with rachel if you’re wanting blonde, from what I could tell I think hannah only really does curly hair, the pic in the white sweatshirt was my hair before the appt, then when it is straightened in the bathroom is when I got it done with hannah, the ss is the inspo pic and the 2 pics in the salon are after I got it done with rachel

Brittony was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable the moment I sat in her chair. She truly went above and beyond my expectations with my hair. Not only did she listen carefully to everything I asked for, but she delivered exactly what I envisioned — and somehow made it even better! Her knowledge and expertise really shine through in her work. She pays such close attention to detail and makes sure she fully understands what you’re looking for before she even begins. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes so much pride in what she does. On top of all that, she is so sweet, kind, and caring. The entire experience felt relaxing and enjoyable. Brittony absolutely nailed it! i asked for a complete transformation & was pretty vague/didn’t know terminology for what i was wanting but she took the time to really talk through it, showed me swatches, & confirmed with me through the whole process. my hair came out perfect & EXACTLY what I wanted! + she was extremely friendly & nice! additionally, the salon was very nice with great ambiance

From the moment you walk in the door, you are going to be spoiled. You are greeted by a receptionist who offers you a drink and snack. Abby, my super sweet stylist, is always on time. She listens and I mean really LISTENS to what I want. I’ve had stylists in the past who go rogue ending with me being highly disappointed and upset. Not so with Abby. I’ve been trying to grow my hair out and get it to look great in the process. The first time Abby did my hair, I was thrilled! My hair looked amazing! I’ve started to get those pesky gray hairs now and Abby has colored that area. The color matched my original hair color perfectly. I’m so pleased with this salon. I won’t be going anywhere else.
